Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Welcome to Dogtooth. These Terms of Service govern your use of Dogtooth and dogtooth.space (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using Dogtooth, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Dogtooth
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dogtooth.
You are responsible for your account and for activity that occurs through it. Don't use Dogtooth to break the law, harm others, interfere with the Service, or access accounts or systems you don't have permission to access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or otherwise pose a risk to Dogtooth or its users.
2. Your Content
You own the content you post to Dogtooth.
By posting content, you give Dogtooth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your work to Dogtooth.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post the content you submit.
You can delete your content or account where those features are available. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or where retention is reasonably necessary for legal or security purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't use Dogtooth to post or distribute:
- Illegal content.
- Malware or malicious code.
- Spam or deceptive schemes.
- Content that seriously threatens, harasses, or targets another person.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Content that exploits or sexually depicts minors.
- Content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
Dogtooth may remove content or restrict accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with the law, enforce these Terms, or maintain the Service.
4. Custom HTML and CSS
Dogtooth may allow users to customize posts or profiles using HTML, CSS, or similar tools.
You may not use these features to compromise Dogtooth, access another user's information without authorization, impersonate Dogtooth's interface in a deceptive way, distribute malicious code, or intentionally interfere with other users' ability to use the Service.
We may restrict or disable customization features when necessary for security or reliability.
5. Copyright
Please don't post material that you don't have the right to use.
If you believe content on Dogtooth infringes your copyright, contact us using the contact form below with enough information for us to identify the work and the allegedly infringing content.
We may remove infringing material and may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Changes to Dogtooth
Dogtooth is an evolving project. Features may change, disappear, break, or be discontinued.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. When reasonable, we'll try to provide notice of significant changes.
7. No Guarantees
Dogtooth is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that Dogtooth will always be available, secure, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dogtooth and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of—or inability to use—the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Dogtooth evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify users.
Continuing to use Dogtooth after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the updated Terms.
